Today is 2003 smoke free days. My how time flies! Here I am almost 5 and half years later still taking joy in seeing others find there freedom too.
I guess that is what raises my dopamine as does helping others and spending time with those that I care about.
I spend my time these days playing shuffleboard, cards and other activities in our seniors group and love my active life. I could not do these things if I still smoked, as there are no breaks. I would have passed on this and missed out on making new friends and getting enjoyable exercise had I still smoked.
Smoking chained us in so many ways and restrictions in later years made it even more difficult. I only wish I had quit sooner or better still, never started .Quitting smoking needs not be just a wish but a goal.
Be all you can be..
Believe!
