Hi guys, I’m here again, to share with you another milestone -> 4 years smoke free achievement.. 😊

As time pass, I don’t remember how bad it would be if I still smoke.. I forgot all disadvantages what smoking cigarettes had brought me to my every day -> smell, dependency, money lost, stress, time lost, headache, laziness, incorrect priorities and procrastination. I always want to be person who achieve something -> but I didn’t know what it should be, or if I found out it, I didn’t do anything to achieve it.. I was helpless, and I gave all responsibility of it to cigarettes, but I couldn’t help myself to get rid of it.. It was hard time.. But I did it.. And why I was successful is this ICANQUIT forum.. It was my buddy who I needed to share my struggling, winnings, fear and happiness.. I understood, that all perfect reasons to keep smoking were just excuses, and do you know to whom it sounds the best? To whom who raised them.. So no more excuses, do not ask for it will be easy, ask

for power to be stronger to get rid of it and you’ll be success..
I couldn’t be happier now, because I can do what I want, I don’t have smoke restriction which holding me to achieve my dreams.. I’m not there yet, but I’m trying to get as much as possible from each 24hours which we have every day until we won’t get them, so go for it, it’s worthy..
See you in one year through my 30th comment celebrating 5 years smoke free anniversary, when you’ll be celebrating at least 1 year smoke free life.. We believe in you, now is your turn to believe yourself..

Yes, we must believe in ourselves! We really are stronger than we think and can do what we strive to do. Anyone who is here has hopefully stopped making excuses and are ready to willingly change their perception of smoking.
There really is nothing to fear. Life remains wonderful and the freedom is liberating.

Congratulations on your 5 years milestone matik-one. I do hope we will enjoy another informative post before the year is up. Visit us and don't forget the reasons that you quit and how much we might now take our freedom for granted.
